É Natal, é claro que não vai ser um momento de alegria com amigos e familia. Na véspera de Natal um pistoleiro esta segurando os empregados do Buy More na loja juntos com Sarah, Ellie e Awesome - todos como refém. Casey está ferido e tambem está como refém de Ned, o pistoleiro, aquele que só quer ir para casa e passar o Natal com sua familia.
As negociações continuam.Chuck descobre que alguem de Fulcrum esta instalado na loja novamente.Agora Chuck tem que conseguir salvar seus amigos, e não comprometer o Intersect,sozinho, sem Casey ou Sarah, pois eles estão nas mãos de Ned (o pistoleiro)
Enquanto isso, Morgan tenta reconquistar Anna, e Chuck da um presente para Sarah que faz ela perceber o quanto ele se preocupa com ela.
This is the Christmas episode and of course it’s not going to be a time of good cheer for our friends. It’s Christmas Eve and a gunman is holding the Buy More employees - plus Sarah, Ellie and Awesome - hostage. Casey is injured and reluctantly allows himself to be one of the first hostages traded by Ned, the gunman, who just wants to go home to his family..
As the negotiations continue, however, Chuck suddenly realizes that all is not what it seems. Someone here is Fulcrum, and they’ve figured out that something - or someone - in the Buy More is under government protection. Now Chuck has to decide whether to risk the lives of his friends and loved ones to keep the Intersect secure, or give Fulcrum what they want.
Meanwhile, Morgan needs to make a bold statement to win back Anna’s affections and Chuck gives Sarah a very special gift which makes her see just how much he cares about her.
